I Nishe sono un gruppo rock alternative / indie proveniente da Londra

Formato da Giovanni Zappa (voce, chitarra, elettronica), Harold Wilson (basso, cori) e Thomas Romer-Smith (batteria) portano con sé una vasta gamma di influenze creando musica per chitarra ricca di vertigini urbane e tagli elettronici all’avanguardia.

La band esplora l’equilibrio interessante tra tensione e esplosione, comfort e incisività, contemplazione e presa, per creare musica piena di ganci contagiosi e carichi di eccitazione.

Nati nel mese di agosto del 2013, alla band ci sono voluti appena tre mesi per registrare il loro primo EP ‘This is Nishe’, che si è guadagnato recensioni entusiastiche da blogger e riviste online, ed è stato inserito nell’airplay di molte radio locali e on-line (tra cui BBC Introducing)) su entrambi i lati dell’Atlantico.

I Nishe hanno viaggiato a New York nel marzo 2015, e questo loro volare oltre l’oceano è stata una grande fonte di ispirazione che ha ampliato la loro visione e incoraggiato la band a esplorare un sound più urbano.

I Nishe pubblicheranno il loro nuovo singolo intitolato ‘Lose Control‘ il 9 ottobre insieme ad un video ufficiale girato per le strade di New York.

Nishe are an alternative/indie rock band from London. Giovanni Zappa (lead vocals, guitar, electronics), Harold Wilson (bass, backing vocals) and Thomas Romer-Smith (drums) each bring a diverse range of influences to create guitar music with urban grooves and cutting edge electronic layers.

The band explore an intriguing balance between tension and explosion, comfort and incisiveness, contemplation and grip, to create music filled with contagious hooks and loaded with excitement.

First meeting in August 2013, it took just three months for the band to record their first EP ‘This is Nishe’, which has earned enthusiastic reviews from bloggers and online magazines as well as gaining airplay on many local and online radio stations (including BBC Introducing) on both sides of the Atlantic.

Nishe travelled to New York in March 2015, a trip that was a great source of inspiration to the band, broadening their vision and encouraging the band to explore a more Urban sound.

Nishe release their new single ‘Lose Control’ on October 9th along with an official video filmed on the streets of NYC.
